Gilead Sciences, a research-based biopharmaceutical company, is partnering with Creative Video Services to implement a web-based tool to inhance Corporate Communications.
CVS is providing audio-video support for a quarterly company event, known as “The State of Gilead”. In addition to live coverage of the meeting, CVS is recording and digitizing the session for re-deployment on Gilead’s internal network.
The video is then timed with slides used by the presenters to provide a streaming video on demand program that mirrors the live performance.
Remote employees and those working second and third shifts are no longer excluded from viewing the company meetings, which take place during the day in Foster City.
